Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure that you have received the correct item(s) and there is no damage or defect to the quality of your Reparel purchase.

If you need to return or exchange a product please note the following for your return and then fill out the form below:

• Products must be in their original package.
• You may use the carrier of your choice with a tracking method.
• All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the original person who placed the order.
• Credits are only issued to the original purchaser.
• Reparel is not responsible for a return package lost by any delivery service or carrier.

NOTE: If you need to receive an exchange quicker, so you don’t have as long of an interruption in your recovery, we recommend you place a new order, then send back your original purchase. You can notify customer support of the exchange by either calling us or emailing us at the number above. Once your original product is received by Reparel we will issue a prompt credit to the card used to place your original order.
